My routine for children with dry, itchy, eczema-prone skin: gentle support from the inside, and soothing care on the outside.

• Aller Ease: traditionally used to support the body's response to allergens. Morning, child dose as on the label
• Q Detox: traditionally used to support the body's natural detox pathways. 3 to 5 drops once daily for children
• Sleepytime: traditionally used to support calm and restful sleep. Evening, child dose as on the label
• QDerma Cream 60g: apply to dry patches 2 to 3 times a day, especially after the bath

My tips: short, lukewarm baths, pat dry and moisturise straight away, and soft cotton clothing.
