My Winter Immunity Routine
Share
When the weather turns cold, this is the routine I come back to every year. It's simple to stick to, it covers the whole family, and it means I'm not scrambling for something the moment a sniffle starts.
My winter routine
Morning: Immune Drops (10 drops) + Revive Drops (10 drops)
Evening: Immune Drops (10 drops)
If needed: Snot Drops at the first sniffle, Tickle Ease for a tickly cough, Feva Ease when feeling hot and unwell
Drops can go into a little warm water or straight in the mouth.
Why these five
Immune Drops, morning and evening. Winter means more time indoors and more bugs going around, so I like to keep immune support steady right through the season.
Revive Drops, in the morning. Shorter days and busy schedules can leave us running on empty. Revive is there to support energy and nourish the nervous system.
Snot Drops, Tickle Ease and Feva Ease, if needed. These are my "keep in the cupboard" trio. It's so much easier to start straight away than to go looking for something at 2am.
My extra winter tips
- Start the routine as the weather turns, rather than waiting for the first cold.
- Warm drinks, early nights and plenty of fresh air when the sun is out.
- Keep the "if needed" remedies somewhere easy to find.
