My Full Nervous System Reset
Share
So many women tell me they feel frazzled. Wired but tired, snappy, not sleeping well, and just not feeling like themselves. Often it's a mix of stress, busy days and shifting hormones all feeding into each other. This is the routine I suggest for a full nervous system reset: steady support through the day, hormonal harmony, and a proper wind-down at night.
My routine
Morning: Revive Drops (10 drops) + QBalance (10 drops)
Afternoon: Revive Drops (10 drops) + QBalance (10 drops)
Evening wind-down: QBalance (10 drops) + Sleepytime (10 drops)
Bedtime: Sleepytime (10 drops)
If needed: Grizzly Guts for a stress-knotted tummy, Pain Ease for tension in the neck, shoulders or head
Drops can go straight in the mouth or into a water bottle to sip through the day.
Why these
Revive Drops, morning and afternoon. Calming nervines like Oats, Skullcap and Passionflower, with the adaptogens Rhodiola and Withania, traditionally used to help the body cope with stress and restore energy.
QBalance, three times a day. My newest remedy, for hormonal harmony at every stage. It brings together traditional women's herbs, calming nervines and liver support, because hormones and stress are so closely linked.
Sleepytime, evening and bedtime. A wind-down dose in the early evening and another at bedtime, to help the body switch off and get restful, restorative sleep.
Grizzly Guts and Pain Ease, if needed. Stress often shows up in the tummy or as tension in the neck and shoulders. These two are there for those moments.
My extra tips
- A few minutes of slow breathing morning and night, with long, slow out-breaths.
- Cut back on caffeine, and none after midday.
- Screens off an hour before bed.
- Time outside every day: a walk in nature, or bare feet on the grass.
- Plenty of magnesium-rich foods like leafy greens, nuts and seeds.
