Hand holding a bottle of QLife Teeth Ease Drops

How I Recommend the Ultimate Baby Soothing Kit

Teething, unsettled tummies and broken sleep are the three things parents ask me about most, and they often arrive together. When a family with a little one comes to see me, these are the four remedies I most often recommend, and how I suggest using them.

How I recommend using the kit

Through the day: Teeth Ease Drops (3–5 drops) up to 6 times daily on teething days, and Grizzly Guts (3–5 drops) whenever the tummy is unsettled
On sore gums: TeethEase Gel 3–4 times a day, and always at bedtime
At bedtime: Sleepytime (3–5 drops), and again if baby wakes in the night

Drops can go straight into baby's mouth, on a spoon, in a bottle or on food, so they fit easily into feeds and bedtime.

Why these four work together

Teeth Ease Drops soothe swollen gums from the inside while helping to settle a restless, frazzled baby.

TeethEase Gel gives targeted relief right where it's needed. I find parents especially value it at bedtime.

Grizzly Guts helps ease wind and tummy discomfort, which so often goes hand in hand with teething, when babies swallow more air and drool.

Sleepytime calms the nervous system to support settling and sleep, for baby and, as many parents tell me, the whole household.

My tips for parents

  • Start the drops at the first signs of teething rather than waiting for a rough night.
  • Keep the gel somewhere easy to reach for night wakings.
  • A calm, consistent bedtime routine makes Sleepytime even more effective.
